• Manage the Accounts & Finance Department of a large RMG manufacturing company. The team comprised of 8 persons • Make sure the Financial Statements is done every month • Make sure the Post Cost Sheet is done upon the shipment of every style • Make sure the salary is paid on time. • Make sure the tax and vat calculations are done on time. • Make sure all due diligence documents and works are done. • Any kind of renewal work done with proper verification and planning. • Make sure the finance and banking activities maintained efficiently. • Making sure the team members are all divided with proper equal work load and has knowledge on all areas. Each team member should be back up of one another and should be able to give full support on anyone’s absence. • Saving company’s cost in unnecessary areas and cross checking bills and quotations given by any department. • Introducing the best practice of RMG industry. • Contingency planning capability. • Predicting future cost incurring based on market scenario and overall factory efficiency. • Frequent communication with top management (directors, chairman etc.) with updates.
• Minimum requirement: CA Certificate level / ICMA Advance Level 1
• 10-12 years of experience in large RMG manufacturing company on the similar position. • Computer literacy is a must for dealing with daily business. • Fluent communication in English writing and speaking.
