• Developing and implementing a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand identity of the schools under the company. • Working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure effective communication throughout the design process. • Plan and manage product ranges and stock levels for uniforms, sportswear, bags, mugs, and other branded items. • Overseeing the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guidelines, and to maintain consistency and efficiency • Managing design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets • Liaise with suppliers to source merchandise in line with quality standards and budget. • Forecast demand and monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts. • Coordinate with school administration to align product availability with academic calendars and events. • Oversee display, presentation, and promotion of merchandise in campus stores
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in merchandising, retail or procurement (experience in the education sector is a plus)
• Proven experience in buying, retail, procurement and product design. • Proven track record of leading large teams and achieving operational excellence. • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. • Proficient in inventory management and basic financial reporting. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Attention to detail with a strong sense of product quality and branding.
