• Oversee the manufacturing Process and make sure that Production lines are running as per the organization’s standard. • Work closely with Partner to Plan work, set targets and make sure the finished products met Quality standard of Company. • Prepare & maintain Production Report along with defect rates of all the Partner factories. Implement improvement plans if required. • Frequently communicate with HQ (Head Quarter) and arrange support from HQ-Knocked Down team for critical issues. • Monitor Quality Assurance activities (IQC, PQC, OQC) are running as per organization’s standard. • Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including Product Management, Supply chain management & after Sales Service. • Conduct RMA (Return Material Agreement), Market defect analysis meeting with Partner & Share the findings with HQ and implement action plans as advised by them. • Ensure the VOC (Voice of Customer) are being cleared smoothly; if required validate the VOC on behalf of the factory. • Ensure the QA (Quality Assurance) compliance items are maintaining at the Partner factories. • Implement the action items of HQ Audit in Partner factories & update HQ accordingly. • Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree from reputed local or foreign university;
• At least 3~5 years’ experience in manufacturing, production planning, quality control etc. in mobile/consumer electronics industry; • Visits to the Head Office may be required as per organizational needs • Strong communication skills in written and verbal in Bangla & English will be required;
