A Renowned Local Bank is looking for Head of Retail Banking Division

Job Description:

• Responsible for analysis, development and implementation of strategic business plans and policies, ensuring organizational growth, targeting maximum profitability and cost effectiveness.
• Overseeing business for retail banking including Retail liability (CASA, Term Deposit, Marketing Digital products, Card etc.).
• Responsible for customer activation, implementing cross-selling strategies and understand customer needs.
• Accountable for wealth product (Priority Banking) penetration into retail banking customer base.
• Hands on experience in dealing with external partners like payment gateway companies, POS service providers, etc.
• Should have strong capability in driving processes that are compliant and customer focused.
• Get involved with other pilot projects as decided by bank's Management & introduce new ideas for ensuring its success.
• Supervise the collection & recovery team to ensure healthy retail portfolio of the bank.
• Supervise Payroll & loyalty team to ensure building up new relation with more organization to boost up low cost fund and ensure benefit for credit & debit card holders of the bank.
• Set Asset & Liability Target for the Sales team & ensure good portfolio health of Credit card & increase its volume.
• Tie up with builders, MNCs, Large local corporations & different business wings to enhance Asset- Liability growth.
• Closely supervise the Sales Managers to ensure procurement of quality asset & deposit booking.
• Make necessary training to adequate people about all Retail products. Ensure it's (consumer products) market expansion & increase customer base.
• Supervise & monitor all channels of sales, business analyst team, product development team and other associate team.
• Lead all Distribution channels to meet their target & achieve growth within projected time.
• Increase customer base & business growth by introducing new product or modifying existing products as well.
• Find profitable new markets to develop new business ideas.
• Take different initiatives for growth in Liability as well as Asset portfolio.

Required Education

• Minimum graduation in any discipline.

Required Experience

• Minimum 14 years of total experience, including at least 10 years in the banking sector and a minimum of 3 years as Head or Deputy Head of Retail Banking.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• Comply with different rules & procedures of the Central Bank.
• Prepare Plan and work within budgetary guideline.
