• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organization’s corporate vision, mission and regulatory requirements. • Oversee recruitment, selection, and succession planning to ensure the exchange attracts and retains top talent. • Implement performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and career development frameworks to enhance employee productivity. • Design and deliver training programs to upskill staff, strengthen leadership capacity, and meet industry best practices. • Ensure competitive pay structures, incentives, and benefits in compliance with market standards and labor laws. • Develop and update HR policies in line with Bangladesh Labor Act, organization’s guidelines, and corporate governance standards. • Integrate HR technology solutions (HRIS, e-leave, e-performance tools) for efficiency and transparency. • Lead change management initiatives, workforce restructuring, and productivity improvement projects. • Provide HR reports and analytics to the Managing Director, Board, and relevant committees for strategic decision-making. • Support audit, compliance, and risk management activities from an HR perspective.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business from a reputed institution, an MBA (HRM / Management / General) will be considered a strong advantage.
• At least 15 years’ proven leadership experience as Head of HR, or equivalent position, preferably within Capital Markets, Banks, Multinational Corporations (MNCs), or Financial Institutions.
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law and related practices is essential, familiarity with capital market regulations will be an added advantage. • Demonstrated success in driving digital HR transformation, integrating ERP systems, HR analytics, AI-driven recruitment tools, and digital learning platforms. Strong command of HR technology ecosystems, with proven ability to innovate HR processes through automation, cloud-based solutions, and data-driven decision-making.
