• Act as the finance business partner to Operations and Supply Chain, ensuring delivery of key financial targets (EBIT, Working Capital, FCF). • Lead cost optimization initiatives and drive financial planning, control, and governance to achieve cost-saving targets. • Build and lead a high-performing team covering FP&A and Supply Chain Finance. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in collaboration with business and supply chain teams. • Prepare monthly business reviews, management reports, and presentations for internal and regional stakeholders. • Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making. • Develop and implement BI tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to improve reporting and forecasting accuracy. • Lead process improvements and automation initiatives in finance operations. • Evaluate capital investment projects using financial models (NPV, IRR). • Oversee plant finance operations including cost analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking. • Monitor and optimize working capital, including inventory management and risk mitigation. • Partner with Procurement, Production, and Logistics to control costs and improve operational efficiency. • Analyze material and conversion costs, identifying areas for improvement. • Support strategic decisions such as supplier negotiations, make-or-buy analysis, and logistics optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, or CIMA) preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business finance roles. • Strong experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, and cost management. • Proven leadership and team management capability. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
